I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!
Michelle is a very sweet and kind person. She helped me throughout my order even with my dietary restrictions. She even brought food out to an elderly person and the older woman told her, "You always treat me so well!" Michelle goes above and beyond every time.
This new Panera (today's date: 3/18/23) is up and running. At 6:44 PM on a Saturday, there is no crowd, but there are people here, and I think the staff is going above and beyond with their service. The food is the same high-quality food as other locations, but this place is pristine and has a fabulous panoramic view.
I was really happy to see a Panera Bread open close to the house. I like using the app to place my order from my house. But if I walk in, I really want to place an order with the person. This is mainly because I want baked goods and I want to see what I'm ordering. They have been open long enough that they should be able to get orders correct. I was very annoyed. When I added a second order at the register of baked goods, when I got home, they had forgotten two of my baked goods. There was really no excuse for that mistake. I did get a free cookie out of it, but I had to drive back there to resolve the problem. Staff does seem polite and cheerful. Maybe they just need a little more training. I will keep coming in because I like Panera's offerings.
